Within 21 business days, if the product has the following problems, we will allow the refund or exchange of the product (The premise is that the product has not been damaged or disassembly);

1) The product does not match the description on the website

2) The product is in the incorrect size/color

3) Faulty items damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival

4) The product has not met your expectations

We will not accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items outside the 21 days warranty time-frame.
  • Worn, used, or misused items.
  • CUSTOMIZED JEWELRY: There are no returns/exchanges on Laie's Customized Jewelry.  (Once any of our custom pieces goes into production, there can be NO cancellations)

Please carefully follow our returns process to minimize any delays:

1. If your item is returnable (see above), please record a video or take a photo to prove the product doesn't work. And sent it to info@laiejewelry.com with your order number.

2. Our customer service team will respond to your request within 24 business hours. Once we confirm that the products cannot work, we will refund or exchange them.

3. Please return the item according to our instructions and send us return proof and the tracking number.

4. Once we have received the returned item(s), we will email you and arrange an exchange or a refund within 1 business day.

5. Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking is to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.

Return Shipping Costs

We aim to offer services that will benefit all of our loyal customers. All of our worldwide customers can return to our warehouse. 

1. If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. This includes shipping fees for a return or exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

2. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. Please contact your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping fee. We recommend you use the cheapest registered airmail method that is available.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged, with inferior qualities, or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Free 365-day Warranty

All of our Jewelry is guaranteed under our 365-day Warranty. The warranty entitles you to a one-time repair of the piece - free of charge. We will repair the item if you experience any defects in craftsmanship or breakage due to manufacturing defects.

The warranty is voided on user damage issues (i.e: water damage, accidental breakage, etc.) or you pay the repair fee and we will repair it for you.
