Refund policy

We pride ourselves in our product quality with strict quality control checks in place. To provide you with additional peace of mind, we also offer a comprehensive 21 Day Returns guarantee for each order. 

•All orders canceled within 2 hours of purchase will be eligible for a full refund.

•All orders canceled within 24 hours will be eligible for a 50% partial refund.

•All orders cannot be canceled or changed after 24 hours.

We will not accept returns under the following conditions:

• Items outside the 21 days warranty time-frame.
• Worn, used, or misused items.
• CUSTOMIZED JEWELRY: There are no returns/exchanges on Laie's Customized Jewelry.  (Once any of our custom pieces goes into production, there can be NO cancellations)

Time to receive refunds

Please allow up to 48 hours for the transaction to appear in your PayPal account. Generally, the refund amount will reach the account within 2-8 business days. If you haven't received a refund yet, please contact us at info@laiejewelry.com.
