If your product you received is anyway broken or it does not match the description, make sure to email us at info@laiejewelry.com within 21-days after you purchased. 

You will be asked to send pictures of the product you received. When you send proof, we will 100% give you your money back.

If some part of your jewelry is broken, we’ll replace it with the same or a similar style for up to one year from the original date of purchase, with no questions asked.
